We’ve added 8+ hours of classroom-style training in a completely new hands-on experience taking place all-day on Monday, July 23rd. The Training Camp experience is exclusively for Event Professionals. Browse conference passes for pricing.

The Training Camp Experience:

With no competing sessions on the agenda, your focus is 100% dedicated to learning.

All Training Camp workshops will be led by Cvent experts, who have extensive knowledge of the Cvent Platform.

Walk away from each workshop with practical knowledge that will build your confidence with Cvent, making you a stronger, more strategic user.

Each Training Camp workshop is limited in capacity, which means you'll have a seat and the dedicated attention of Cvent's Coaches.

This hands-on learning experience means you'll be fully immersed and creating in your own account, giving you something tangible to take back home to your team.

Pre-Requisites:

  • You must have an existing user login to an active Cvent Event or CrowdCompass account on the conference start date, July 23, 2017, in order to be eligible.
  • Entry to a Training Camp workshop will be allowed only to those pre-registered and attendees will be checked-in based on this pre-registration.
  • You must bring your own laptop in order to follow along in the Training Camp workshops.
  • Those who do not meet the above requirements may be contacted to unregister for the Training Camp experience to ensure those ready to learn are able to attend.

Scheduling Your Workshops

As a Training Camper, you can pick and choose from sessions taking place at any level: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. This allows you to choose up to three (3) workshops in your conference agenda, for 8+ hours of training, custom to your unique needs.

Beginner Campers

Beginner Campers:

Intended for those new to Cvent, CrowdCompass and OnArrival or those who need a refresher on creating an event. These workshops will take you through getting started, creating events and understanding the Cvent basics.

Intermediate Campers

Intermediate Campers:

Take your event understanding to the next level. If you feel comfortable navigating but are searching for additional understanding, are looking for a deeper dive into functionality, or are hoping to create an event beyond the basics, then you may consider some of the intermediate workshops.
